Fight or Flight

I finished my next contribution to Without Visible Form. I seem to function best coming off of graveyards with minimal sleep. I am proud of this track. I recently got interested in electronic music because of my good friend Jason. I decided I would try my hand at "composing" some electronic/ambient/techno/psytrance or whatever the hell you call it. This is what happens when you mess with a genre you've never really listened to. I added the widget from Jamendo to the right. Its a 5 track EP and some of the material has been used for a rough mix with the name Without Visible Form. I only started tinkering with this while trying to figure out a way to collaborate long distance with a friend. This isn't Without Visible Form, but it wouldn't have happened without a future collaboration being in mind. Scroll between tracks with the arrow buttons. And no, I was not being too serious when I made TheFutureisNow. Enjoy :)

So yesterday I came up with a pretty cool keyboard arrangement that I'd like to use in the next WVF song. I'm just waiting on some feedback from the other half of WVF. -Start transmission-

Today I started writing and arranging an album I intend to start recording in the spring. It may be sooner if things come together easy. I've spent about 7 years or so away from music, so I'm really just trying to dust off the instruments and give it a go again. I know what I want it to sound like and it will be a serious challenge getting it from my brain to my fingers. So yeah I had to start this blog somewhere, and that somewhere seems to be here.
